Below you’ll find court dates and references to Jason Hackathorn’s (aka Jaysen Johnson) criminal past. We hope to eventually get some scans of actual police reports, court documents and mug shots. I’m still working out a way to organize this site, so for now just take a look at the raw data we’ve got. Thanks, Sudo, for getting the first 7 of these.
Court Records #1 – This set of records refers to “Petition Abuse Prevention” and “Order Abuse Prev Restraining” which is probably related to the incident where he hit his mother and she filed a restraining order on him. Everything is dated February 2003.
Court Records #2 – Some kind of civil complaint from March 2002. Forcible Entry in a residential home is referenced as well as restitution, meaning he probably caused some damage and had to pay it back. That’s just speculation, though. Who knows what really happened.
Court Records #3 – Here’s another forcible entry, this time from January 2004 in the Portland, Oregon area. I bet these are related to Jason not being able to handle having roommates throwing him out, so he keeps trying to get back into their house. The plaintiff in this one is Lake Crest Apartments.
Court Records #4 Here’s a finance company taking Jason to small claims court in Decemeber 2001.
Court Records #5 Here’s Jason Heckathorn changing his name to Jaysen Johnson in February 2006. Jason claims that he did this because he was being stalked and harassed by me and Heywood, but this name change took place more than two full years after we had our fun with Jason in 2003. This means Jason is LYING about his reason for a name change. What other reason could he have to change his name? I’m hoping the person who knows something about this will find Jason on this site and email their story to me.
Court Records #7 Here’s something from November 2006 where Jaysen Johnson is the plaintiff in a case and he’s taking some girl to small claims court in Salem, Oregon. I gotta track this girl down and get her story!
Court Records #8 – Several cases show up on these records. There’s a Bankruptcy from October 2005, an eviction in February 2003, and that civil judgement from 2002.
Keep an eye on this page for more details, coming very soon. If you know any juicy details about the cases Jason Heckathorn has been involved with, send us an email at rbcp@phonelosers.org.
