About Jason

In 2003 a man named Heywood brought us the hilariously amazing story of Jason Randall Heckathorn, via his website at major-losers.com. Jason didn’t like his story being told, so he immediately called up Heywood’s webhost and convinced them that they would end up in court if the story wasn’t removed. They responded by removing Heywood’s site from the net.

A day or two later, Heywood’s site returned with a brand new host and even more hilarity involving our beloved Jason Heckathorn. Once again Jason called up Heywood’s host and had his website removed. This went on for around a year and every time Jason had the site taken down, it angered the loyal community of Heywood’s readers. Before the year was over, Heywood’s loyal users caused Jason Heckathorn to lose a couple of jobs and an apartment as he delt with a constant stream of prank phone calls for his harassment of Heywood. This site is here to bring you our favorite memories of 2003, via stories, pictures, sound and video.

This site is not intended to further the harassment of Jason Heckathorn. We’re not interested in contributing to the spaztastic life of Jason in any way. This site is simply an archive of some hilarious events that happened many years ago, along with some current updates that we’ve recently heard about Jason. If you ask Jason, he will tell you that we’ve been harassing him nonstop since 1998. This is not true. Our personal fun with Jason began no earlier than mid-to-late 2002 and ended around the end of 2003. Enjoy our stories.

    I believe that we have been dealing with this guy in reference to a benefit we are doing for the employees and families of a business that burned down in Forest Grove Oregon, he set up a paypal account supposedly for people to donate to these people but all deposits were being made into his personal account. The police department sent the fraud department to his house and he then shut down the site saying that he was being harrassed and people didn’t understand what he was doing. All I can say is idiot….

            You can’t simply edit the author, it provides a drop down of other registered members that you can change it to but you can’t type in a name. Nice try. I run several wordpress sites, I can easily verify anything you say about WordPress.

            You had to change it using SQL commands or phpMyAdmin.

            You have no knowledge of my Linux experience, you’ve never seen me work with a Linux system either. Just because you find old posts of me asking for help on specific things doesn’t mean I suck. It means I am not afraid to ask for help when I don’t know something, that’s how I learn. I am in fact very good at installing, securing and managing Linux servers as I have done so for many years and I will even go as far as to say I guarantee I can secure a system that even you couldn’t break in to. I have one online now and it has been running for over 3 years. There was a time where I didn’t know anything about Linux and I owe plenty of thanks to a few sysadmin friends of mine that taught me ways to do things. I took that knowledge and I got better. You have to start somewhere, I know you didn’t just fall out of your momma’s ass knowing everything.

            This is why you fail so much. You don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about, yet you preach and talk over people and try to prove your point, even when it’s wrong.

            A quick social tip: People will hate you slower if you shut the fuck up about things you don’t know anything about, such as this. Instead of trying to show off and push a point that’s false, try shutting the fuck up once in a while.

            I know you wanted to drop the phpmyadmin name and look like a technical hotshot, but the fact is, there is a simpler way to do it using the WP interface, and I dont even use a GUI anyway, because I actually know SQL well enough to not need it.

            I guess this is why companies hire me for technical problems, and not you. While you may be better than me at making sandwiches or selling cell phone covers to people, I get paid (a lot of money) to write software.

            You aren’t going to show me up in this department, because I’m simply superior to you in the technology arena.

    I have to agree with Julia, same thing, he was on the internet collecting funds, got called out by FG police and the site was shut down. I met him once, he claimed on the internet the next day we had a “meeting” and all was OK with his fundraising. I said Nay and he got upset and blocked a few of the key people on the site including myself. We are just trying to do the right thing.

            Usual background checks for things like employment or gun checks are usually looking for specific things like certain misdemeanors and felonies. We’ve never said you’ve been to jail or formally found guilty. What we claim is that there is a pattern of inappropriate and very scary behavior and that much is evident by even the way you act online alone. That’s not even going into how you act in person which scares people a lot more.

            there was a verbal dispute with my brother and my mother got all hysterical and called the police but I left the house before they arrived. I met with the officer a few days later and we worked out an agreement with my mother to do a restraining order in lieu
            of charges and I was okay with that.

            Since when is going to a bar and having food and drinks considered stalking and harassment? I was never told to leave or to stop or warned of any such behavior. Nobody had any problem with me. I’d been in that bar many times where other customers would get cut off and kicked out, it didn’t seem like they had any problems confronting customers so if they ever had a problem with me at anytime I know they would have said something long before kicking me out. If my behavior was inappropriate, the proper thing to do is give the person a chance to correct themselves and apologize which is what I would have done if that were the case. They never confronted me once on my behavior so quit making shit up. I was usually the quiet one and very polite, I spoke when people spoke to me, otherwise I’d eat my food, drink my beer and watch sports.           I think kicking you out for 30 days is a warning and giving you time to correct your behavior. Your response of creating a webpage about them, blowing up their FB, and harassing the bartenders by phone was what earned you a permanent ban from the bar.

          Just because every person you harassed doesn’t follow this page and respond immediately every time you post does not make what you did any less real or them any less freaked out by you. How about this: If anyone doesn’t believe our side of the story about Player’s Pub, give them a call or head down to ask them about the Jaysen story. They’d be happy to tell you about how he called them nonstop, how you hung flyers about your lame site around town, how you threatened to kill yourself on your site, and so on.

        Why the hell would I create a web site, register a domain that is non-private with my real name, phone number and contact information in plain view just to run a scam on a few restaurant workers? Every thing I’ve ever done online, I’ve always identified myself by my real name and provided my contact details. I did this all directly from my home so my IP address could easily be traced back to me. People who hurt and scam others would not do this because they would not want any trace back to them. One of the most basic rules of hacking is that you don’t hack from your own house. You of all people should know this since you claim to be an Internet Professional, or maybe not since you were busted by the FBI. I find it humorous that after all these years you still think I had something to do with that. :)

        By the way I didn’t think of the domain name on my own. In fact, myself and several members of the FB group “Friends of Prime Time Employees” were brainstorming on FB and one of them came up with that name. But I am sure the admin of that page went and deleted all the proof so there is nothing to show for it. There were people that actually liked my idea and thanked me for setting it up. I came up with the idea and pitched it out there FIRST before taking any action. I received positive comments on the idea and therefore I decided to move forward on it.

        When I showed up at Grendel’s, I met with a few of the organizers including the lady that gave me the idea for the domain name. The attitude I gathered about it was far different than what you claim. It’s interesting how you seem to know about it all considering you were not even there. I met with 3-4 of the organizers who thanked me for setting it up and “making them think”. Even one of the Prime Time workers said “I was sweet” for doing this. I know what was said because I was there. Sure there were some concerns about how the money was to be handled and they were legitimate. I already had solutions to address the concerns and was preparing to implement them. I arrived home the same night and suspended all PayPal donations until I could implement a method of allowing people to donate and having it go directly into a benefit account transparently without human intervention, something that is not possible with PayPal. Someone would always need to login and manually move the money to the bank which proved to be risky. I heard those concerns and agreed that a different method was required. I wanted no involvement with the handling or distribution of the money collected. I only wanted to be responsible for the technical operations of the site and that was also mentioned.

        It wasn’t until the following morning I received an email from someone I’ve never met before insisting that I stop all efforts and made threats to call the police. I had already spoken with FG Police on the phone and explained to them what was going on and that they had been misinformed. My phone call with Officer Hane (sp?) was actually quite pleasant and at the end of our conversation it was understood that the person who reported me was simply mistaken. The police never forced me to remove the site and they never threatened to arrest me. I ended my efforts only out of respect for my friends at Prime Time and the fact that I don’t need the drama. I was even nice and gave Julia a full refund of the money she donated to Prime Time. If it was a scam then she wouldn’t have received her money back. Thanks to you, the only people who lost were the Prime Time employees so if they have anything to be angry about, they can take those issues straight to you because I refuse to be held accountable for your behavior. I know several of the servers at Prime Time and so does my family. It was a regular spot for us to eat 2-3 times a month and watch the big game. We loved Prime Time and the atmosphere it provided. We, like many others in the community, were devastated and concerned for the employee’s needs after it burned and wanted to help. Thanks to you, you once again have derailed our efforts to serve our community by spreading your lies.

        I never made any claims to be affiliated with Prime Time or it’s owners and there was never any statements claiming to be a part of any bank. The only reason people reacted the way they did is because you and your goons continue to follow me around the Internet and bad mouth every thing I do because you have nothing better to do with your life. You are still pissed off at me because I shut you down back in 2002 after you were caught harassing my customers on your dumb major-losers site that you had back then.           Why did you do it? I have several theories. I think the top and most likely theory is that you’re an idiot. The second and third theories are that you either were trying to get a ton of donations so you could present it to the employees on your own in the vain hopes of finally getting some action from the ladies (part of this whole hero complex you seem to have going on) or you were looking to steal some money since Computers by Jaysen failed and they would never know the difference since you could later claim you just donated it.

          That’s amazing because EVERYONE who commented on the thread who saw you there agreed you were a major creep. Are you sure that person that said “You’re so sweet” wasn’t trying to be nice to get you out of her face and to stop harassing her?             They commented on “Your posts” about me. Not on the original ones I posted about the website. The comments I received were positive. You must have missed that. Also, the people I was talking with about the site was in private chat so you don’t have that info either.

            I didn’t really have to include that group to do my fundraiser. There are no laws that prohibit me from starting a fundraiser for a good cause. I only pitched the idea to the group and whoever thought it was a good idea could join me. Those who did not were never under any pressure to do so.

            I am debating setting up another site just to spite you. I don’t care if it makes donations or not, I just want to do it because I can and there is nothing you would be able to do about it. Yeah, I am going to start working on that now.

            I didn’t really have to include that group to do my fundraiser. There are no laws that prohibit me from starting a fundraiser for a good cause. Funny how none of them have went to get one. Could it be the fact that they would be called out when I contest them in court and make them prove their stalking allegations.

            The web site was a blog I created to tell my story, funny you mention it because I was drunk when I created it. I have no problem admitting that I created it. I did it to be funny and I got exactly what I wanted. One of the bartenders said I needed to “laugh more” so I did just that. He just didn’t like my method of entertainment. But the fact is that I did take the blog down after I had my fun. You gotta admit those prank calls were funny even though they were amateur. I mean seriously, who hasn’t heard of Peter Griffin or Pedro before. The fact that the employee of Godfather’s started speaking spanish was downright hilarious. The manager was all confused. I know even you could appreciate that being the prank master that you are. I had so many people laughing their asses off from those calls. I think next time the bartender will think twice before telling me I need to “laugh more”.
